Joining VVOB Ecuador (See in supporting the 'Ministerio de Educación' in designing training for educational managers as part of the 'Programa de Fortalecimiento de la Educación y Formación Técnica Profesional'

Studytrip: Educational Management and Equity. Conversations were held (amongst others) with schools, Ministerio de Educación, CPEIP, ACE, CIAE, CPCE and CEPAL. 

Support to the development of a new Masters in Educational Leadership and Management at Vietnam National University (Hanoi) and 5 other universities/institutes (ELMAVI)

Support to the National Institute of Educational Management (for VVOB)

Support to a programmatic approach VVOB Vietnam focussing on Active Teaching and Learning.

China, Vietnam: School Management Development
Consultancy (and evaluation) on the preparation and first phase of the VVOB Programme Schoolmanagement in China and Vietnam establishing and strengthening contacts with universities and colleges in Xian, Beijing, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Support to the Akademi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (AMIK) in Banda Aceh, Sumatra.

Sub-Saharan Africa:
Initiator, chairperson and advisor of the network (Leadership in Education for African Development) of organisations working in Educational Management Development. The institutions are from Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, South Sudan, Swaziland, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia. The network used Educational Management E-Office (EM E-Office) as knowledge portal.

Uganda: Fact-finding
Member of the fact-finding mission to prepare a proposal for Nuffic on equipping the Uganda Management Institute to deliver educational management training and consultancy: collecting contextual and institutional information as to be able to prepare a project proposal and co-writing of the project proposal.
